For my sins, looked (for a few instants) at NBC's "world" news this evening on Tee-Vee. No 1 item all about the weather in the US of A. Can't remember what the second item was about or the ad following it -- and I don't think I'm getting senile.
The MSM wants to make us more and more provincial and insular every day. Thank God, for all its faults, for the Internet, which at least allows us to get a glimpse of the outside world.
