soft power and the male organ ...

After reading the below line from the Washington Pest's Father Ignatius, in an article on still-going-through-puberty inside-the-beltway high-fallutin' ragazzi pundits of a certain age
Our “soft power” was expressed in the biblical injunction carved on the gates of the American University of Beirut, founded in 1866: “That they may have life and have it more abundantly.” 
I couldn't help but think semi-pornographic (pardon, improper and with apologies to Prof. Nye):
"Soft Power"-- is it the male organ after intercourse (or, in this current "let's talk about something interesting, let's talk about me" end-of-gender era, mym masturbation)?

(But hey, at least a little hard power still gets you places in Washington.)
